Our services include claims submission, patient billing, AR recovery, denial management, and ongoing support for both practice staff and patients. All services are delivered digitally and remotely, based on the specifications outlined in our signed Medical Billing Services Agreement.

Currency

All transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Sales and Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the professional and labor-based nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the Medical Billing Services Agreement is signed and services have commenced. The agreement outlines the scope of services, responsibilities, timelines, and billing procedures. By signing, the client agrees to these terms in full.

Fulfillment and Delivery

Services are fulfilled in accordance with the agreement's terms, including:

Custom onboarding and system setup
Ongoing claims processing and billing support
Regular monthly reporting
Patient support and account management

Work typically begins within 24 hours of receiving a signed agreement via DocuSign and any required deposits.
