Isaac Shepherd is the Founder and CEO of AI Medical Services, a Texas-based medical billing company specializing in comprehensive Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). With 15+ years of experience, Isaac has helped practices increase cash flow, reduce denials, and improve overall financial performance.
Healthcare has always been part of Isaac's life. His father has served the Lewisville and Flower Mound communities as a medical doctor for more than 45 years — planting the seeds of a career devoted to reimbursement, payer regulations and revenue cycle efficiency.
Isaac Shepherd is a Certified Ambulance Coder (CAC) through the National Academy of Ambulance Compliance and has completed multiple Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) training programs focused on Medicare fraud, waste, abuse, reporting requirements, and data validation. His credentials include Medicare Fraud & Abuse: Prevent, Detect, Report; 2026 Medicare Part C and Part D Reporting Requirements and Data Validation; and Combating Medicare Parts C and D Fraud, Waste & Abuse. He has also completed the Richardson Police Department Citizen Police Academy and holds a Texas Notary Public commission.
